Your 12-day stay includes a balance of grounding space, guided experiences, and creative nourishment — all thoughtfully curated to support your journey
What’s Included
- Private double room with ensuite bathroom (discover our sanctuary for more information)
- WiFi
- Breakfast groceries provided (daily) - Plus two special shared meals (total, not daily)
- Private driver for the round-trip journey between Cairo Airport and Irane Gagben in Siwa (approximately 8 hours each way)
- A thoughtfully designed environmental and creative program, including:
- Full day Desert immersion, riding the dunes, discovering the fossils and secret lakes, drinking tea at sunset
- Swim in the sacred waters of the salt lakes and ancient springs
- Sunset walks in the mountains and by the lake
- x3 Workshops at the Siwa Pottery School, a fully equipped studio where you will learn, explore and create with local artisans
- Outdoor art-making with elements from nature
- Sonic meditation led by our co-founder Maxine
- Mindful rituals to ground your practice and intentions

Rate
The Seed is offered at a fixed rate of £2,182 *
This supports the residency’s running costs and allows us to fairly compensate our local collaborators — while planting seeds for a more equitable, community-supported future.
The fee covers all aspects of the 12-day journey, including accommodation, private transport, selected meals, and the full curated program. Flights and travel insurance are not included
* Giving Back
5% of your fee supports the Irane Gagben Imaginarium, nurturing creativity and community-led initiatives for local children and communities in Siwa.

Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot.
The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Bookings made within 60 days of arrival require full payment upfront.
Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation without refund.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 60 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival are non-refundable.
No refunds or credits will be issued if a participant leaves after arrival.
Trip Cancellations by Irane Gagben
If Irane Gagben cancels the residency for operational reasons, participants will receive a full refund or credit.
If cancellation is due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemics), participants will receive a full refund or credit.
Irane Gagben reserves the right to cancel any trip for safety or quality concerns; in such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Additional Terms
Irane Gagben is not responsible for non-refundable travel expenses (flights, visas, accommodations, or other incidentals).
Travel insurance is required to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.
